Terms of Sale

Tickets are sold by Australian Surrogacy and Donor Awards, which are responsible for the event. All parties are subject to the conditions of the Terms of Use.

Tickets are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Each ticket purchase is valid for the awards night.
• All ticket purchases are final.
• Payment processing fees are added at checkout.
• Tickets are non-refundable, and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Producer.
• Entry may be refused if no proof of purchase is presented at the event.
• You must allow adequate time for the collection or delivery of tickets.
• The Producer reserves the right to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets.
• Admission to the awards night is subject to venue capacity limitations and compliance with venue rules and regulations.
• The Producer reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and vary advertised programs, prices, venues, menus, seating arrangements and attendee capacity without prior notice.
• Attendees are expected to behave respectfully throughout the event. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
• The Producers are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property occurring at the awards night, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• The Terms of Use are incorporated into these Terms of Sale and apply to all ticket sales on this site.
