Terms of Sale

Tickets and auction items are sold by Australian Surrogacy and Donation (Producer), who are responsible for the event. All parties are subject to the conditions of the Terms of Use.

Tickets are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Each ticket purchase is valid for the Awards Gala night.
  • All ticket purchases are final.
  • Payment processing fees are added at checkout.
  • Tickets are non-refundable, and refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise by the Producer.
  • Entry may be refused if no proof of purchase is presented at the event.
  • You must allow adequate time for the collection or delivery of tickets.
  • The Producer reserves the right to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets.
  • Admission to the Awards Gala night is subject to venue capacity limitations and compliance with venue rules and regulations.
  • The Producer reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and vary advertised programs, prices, venues, menus, seating arrangements and attendee capacity without prior notice.
  • Attendees are expected to behave respectfully throughout the event. Any disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the premises without a refund.
  • The Producer is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property occurring at the Awards Gala night, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

Conditions for participating in the live or silent auction

  • By attending the Awards Gala night, you are automatically registered to bid at the live and silent auctions.
  • Live auction items are auctioned by an auctioneer.
  • Silent auction items can be bid on throughout the Awards Gala night using the provided bid sheets. The closing time of the silent auction is announced at the Awards Gala night.
  • The descriptions for silent auction items are displayed on the bid sheet.
  • The auctioneer will describe live auction items and key information will be displayed on a device during the bidding for that item.
  • The Producer reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitue auction items without notice prior to the Awards Gala night.
  • Auction items are subject to the availability of the item, and the Producer may substitute an item of equal or greater value if the original becomes unavailable.
  • Auction items may be donated to the Producer or purchased by the Producer. The Producer is not responsible for the accuracy of information for auction item descriptions and the terms and conditions of use.
  • Auction items may have a starting bid or a reserve price.
  • The highest approved bidder is the buyer, and their bid is legally binding once the auctioneer accepts it for the live auction or at the close of the silent auction.
  • Buyers must pay for live auction items in full before the end of the Awards Gala night.
  • Buyers who are still present at the close of the silent auction must pay for items in full before the end of the Awards Gala night. The Producer will contact absent buyers to process payment.
  • Buyers cannot change their mind. The Producer reserves the right to impose penalaties and collect fees for non-payment and may offer the item to the next highest bidder.
  • Payment processing fees are added at checkout.

The Terms of Use are incorporated into these Terms of Sale and apply to all ticket sales on this site and auction items sold at the Awards Gala night.
