Conditions of Entry
These awards are presented by Australian Surrogacy and Donation (Producer), who are responsible for the event. All parties are subject to the conditions of the Terms of Use.
- All individuals and businesses based in Australia are eligible to participate in the Australian Surrogacy and Donor Awards. Nominees must meet the eligibility criteria specified for each award category.
- Overseas organisations are eligible for the International Organisation of the Year award only. Nominees must meet the eligibility criteria specified for the award category.
- Multi-location businesses are eligible and must submit a nomination for each location.
- Nominations for awards must be submitted by the nomination close date outlined on the award category page under ‘Key dates’.
- Nominators are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided in the nomination submission. Nominees are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information provided in the nomination acceptance submission.
- Nominees are responsible for making payment for award fees outlined on the award category page under ‘Fees’. Not all award categories have fees. Failure to pay fees by the due date may result in the nomination being cancelled and future nominations may be rejected by the Producer.
- The judging process is at the sole discretion of the judging panel. All decisions made by the judging panel are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered, and feedback will not be provided to nominees, finalists, winners, or anyone else. All notes will be destroyed following the determination of winners.
- Nominee, finalist and winner information may be used for promotional purposes at the discretion of the Producer. By submitting a nomination, nominators and nominees consent to the Producer using their details.
- Nominees’ attendance at the Awards Gala night is not mandatory for consideration for an award. Absent winners may be contacted to arrange for award delivery or collection.
- The Producer and the judging panel will treat all nomination material confidentially.
- Nominations that do not comply with the award criteria or contain false or misleading information may be disqualified at the Producer’s or judging panel’s discretion.
- Nominee accepted nominations will be provided with their personalised nomination page on or before the public vote open date outlined on the award category page under ‘Key dates’.
- Finalists will be notified on the finalist notification date outlined on the award category page under ‘Key dates’.
- Should you or your business wish to withdraw from the awards, contact the Producer within three days of being notified of being a nominee or finalist. Visit asdawards.au/contact for contact information.
- The Producer accepts no liability regarding any loss of commercial returns arising from participating in the Australian Surrogacy and Donor Awards.
- If you choose to participate in the Australian Surrogacy and Donor Awards, you automatically accept these conditions.
