The Professional Service Provider of the Year honours a professional service provider who has significantly contributed to surrogacy or donation for Australians and impacted the community or industry.

The nominee must meet the eligibility criteria to participate in the award. The Australian Surrogacy and Donor Awards aims to celebrate the contributions and achievements of people and businesses fairly and equitably. Each award has its eligibility criteria that must be met.

Eligibility criteria

Eligible professional service providers include lawyers, counsellors, insurance and finance brokers or anyone else who provides a professional service.

This award excludes fertility doctors, fertility specialists, and health industry workers. See Fertility Specialist of the Year and Health Industry Worker of the Year.

The nominee must ordinarily be based in Australia, provide surrogacy or donor services in their professional capacity in Australia, significantly contributing to surrogacy or egg, sperm, or embryo donation in Australia, and exceeding the community and industry expectations.
